The music for 2010 promises something for everyone. The programme for music by session is as follows.
Music Friday 3rd September
Friday opens with a Robbie Williams tribute act, BETTERMAN ROBBIE, who has flown in from exotic Dartford to join us. This guy really knows his stuff, and is a fabulous entertainer with a wealth of talent.
The evening finishes with Keith Peverley and EQUILIBRIUM, who went down very well at last year's festival, and these guys have been gigging around Ashford gaining a great reputation. They actually live further afield, but got so disorientated after leaving last year's beer festival, they've been driving around the ring road for 12 months looking for a working swimming pool!
Music Saturday 4th September
Saturday opens with a real treat, with LOUD HOWARD taking the
stage at 2pm. These boys are mainly Australian, with one token English
guitarist, and are making a name for themselves in London, with their
latest single out in July. they are great fun, and will be playing
their own songs to entertain us. Let's face it, we can have some real
live Aussies to talk to about cricket, bound to be good value!
The next act are POLICE SQUAD, a Police tribute band, which sounds very
exciting, and worth checking out, playing all The Police favourites, so
we'll see how many upright elder citizens have dark pasts! So long as
the Sting look alike doesn't give us an exhibition of tantric sex!
HEROES, another massive local favourite follows next, with our
promise of a full uninterrupted set to play, they are guaranteed to
really get things moving, as they wold have done last year! can't ait!
No OOMPAH BAND this year, I'm sorry to say, the band last year so
enjoyed their 10 minutes on stage, but felt they had peaked! So instead
we welcome DIRTY BERTY, a great local band that will just take the roof
off.
Last and certainly not least for this year's only appearance is
ELECTRIC RIVER to play us out. What can I say about these guys, they
are the Beer festival, and we love them!

Music Sunday 5th September
Sunday sees the music open with Tres Hombres, who will relax and soothe the cobwebs away, with their own brand of music and song, a lovely bunch of guys playing some great music.
Last on the bill, are FIVE FLOORS UP, another local band, who come highly recommended. are still awaiting confirmation of a couple of bands, but we know for certain that Electric River will be closing the Festival in the afternoon.
We may also cram some extras in along the way, so we'll keep you
updated, and hope to see you all there!
Many Thanks,
chris
